Colin Main

Colin is a professional tennis coach registered with the LTA (LTA Level 2) and PTR (Associate Instructor) governing bodies. His recent work has been at Shiplake Tennis Club and Shiplake College, where he is the primary professional coach for their juniors. He also runs an after school tennis club for Shiplake Primary School. He teaches both juniors and adults, individually or in groups, and will offer lessons based around members' particular needs. For example technical, beginning, improving, fitness and social/fun.


He states "I love tennis and my work goal is to encourage everyone, firstly, to enjoy the sport and, secondly, continue to improve. It’s never too early or too late to start. I believe in having fun on court, and that comes hand in hand with respect and fairness."

Louise Kilshsaw

Henley Tennis Club Coach

Louise is an LTA level 3 accredited coach with more than 15 years experience of coaching all ages and abilities in the UK, Australia and Singapore.


As a professional tennis player, Louise reached a career high world ranking of 107, became British number 1 for 2 years, represented Great Britain at Federation Cup, played and won matches at Wimbledon, and beat several top 50 players.


After retiring from professional tennis, Louise returned to education and attained a 1st class honours degree in sports science (BSc) from Brighton University.


Louise still enjoys playing tennis and represents Warwickshire at County level.


Louise is returning to coaching after having children and aims to spread her enthusiasm and passion for tennis.
